Louise Kelly relocated to Devon in September 2020 where she now lives and paints from her studio. Working in oil paints, her inspiration comes from the Devon landscape around her; the country lanes to the rugged coastline, with a distinct focus on the changing effect of light in a sunrise or sunset on the subject.
