Opened up my eyes Mixed Media

Exploring different surfaces led the artist, Pam Neaves to using old tablemats as a background, which she coats in gesso and building her layers of mixed media and collage. “I love the rounded corners and memories of family dinners, most of these relatives now gone but the sound of a set of tablemats being levelled before stored remains with me, alongside trips to the coast. This set is inspired by the South Devon coast, I sketch and paint in watercolours then translate my ideas using acrylics, pastels and paint covered, dry rags used to create other artworks”

Any item can be purchased on the website and then collected from the gallery in Dartington, Totnes, TQ9 6TQ

Delivery costs

The delivery cost depends on the item itself in terms of size and value.

  • P&P – for items up to £20  = £5.95
  • Special Delivery – for items up to £195 = £10.95
  • Special Delivery Plus – for items up to £750 = £14.95
  • For items over £750 – we ask for a deposit of £95 for a specialist Art Courier. Once you placed the order and we have your delivery address, we will get a quote and contact you to confirm if there is any additional shipping costs.
